Illumina’s DRAGEN (Dynamic Read Analysis for GENomics) system is renowned for its high-performance secondary analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. As genomic research demands grew, so did the need for scalable solutions. Our task was to develop a POC website to demonstrate how transitioning DRAGEN workflows to the cloud could enhance accessibility, performance, and global collaboration.
